Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Geocaching app ("App") provided by Invoice Maker Inc. ("Company", "we", "us"), you legally agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, disconnect and do not use the App. The App is intended for users who are at least 13 years old globally, or 16 years old in the European Economic Area (EEA).

Description of Service & Outdoor Risks

Geocaching provides topographic map analysis and geographical exploration reference tools. The App is a reference and entertainment tool only. It does not guarantee the existence of real-world minerals, gold, or valuable items.

CRITICAL WARNING FOR OUTDOOR EXPLORATION Real-world geocaching and outdoor exploration involve inherent physical risks. By using this App to guide real-world movement, you strictly assume all responsibilities for your own safety, navigation, and physical well-being. You explicitly agree to:

• Never trespass on private property or restricted government land.
• Comply with all local, state, and national laws.
• Avoid dangerous terrains, hazardous environments, and unsafe weather conditions.

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The App utilizes third-party artificial intelligence (specifically OpenAI) to analyze maps and suggest potential locations of interest.

NO GUARANTEE OF ACCURACY AI-generated analysis and coordinates are provided strictly "AS IS" for entertainment and conceptual purposes only. We make zero guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or actual presence of items at the suggested locations. The AI analysis does not constitute professional geological, survey, or exploration advice.

Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

The App may offer premium features via subscriptions or one-time In-App Purchases (IAP). Payments are processed securely through Apple or Google platforms. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle. We do not provide direct refunds; all refund requests must be handled through the respective app store's policies.

Limitation of Liability (No Compensation)

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, INVOICE MAKER INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PHYSICAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE, LEGAL FINES FOR TRESPASSING, OR WASTED TRAVEL EXPENSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP OR RELIANCE ON ITS AI MAP ANALYSIS.

We provide absolute no compensation for unsuccessful explorations, lost time, or travel costs. The App and its AI predictions are provided strictly "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hong Kong.
