Invoice Maker Inc. ("Company," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share your information when you use the Geocaching app. We do not sell your personal data to any third parties.

Data Collection & Utilization

Transactions Records of premium subscriptions or IAPs (processed anonymously). To unlock premium features and maintain your account status.

Data Sharing & AI Providers

We only share data with essential service providers necessary to operate the App core functions. To provide advanced map analysis, we utilize OpenAI via API. The maps or coordinates you submit are processed by OpenAI solely to return analysis results.

According to OpenAI's API privacy policies, your submitted data is not used to train their generative AI models. Furthermore, we do not integrate any third-party advertising SDKs into our App.

Data Retention Protocol

To ensure system performance and comply with international privacy regulations, user-submitted map data and the resulting AI analysis are temporarily cached on our secure servers for a maximum period of 30 days. After 30 days, this cached data is permanently and automatically purged from our databases.

EU / UK / EEA Users Your GDPR Rights Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data, as well as restrict or object to our processing. We rely on "Legitimate Interest" and "Contractual Necessity" (Art. 6) as our legal bases to provide our mapping tools. To exercise your rights, email us, and we will respond within 30 days.

California (CCPA) Privacy Rights

California Residents Your CCPA Rights Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you have the "Right to Know," the "Right to Delete," and the "Right to Correct" your data. We have not sold any personal information in the past 12 months. You may exercise these rights by contacting our support email. We will verify and process your requests within 45 days.

Children's Privacy

Our App is not intended for or marketed to children under 13 years of age (or under 16 in the EU/EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us for immediate deletion.
